Kukirinscooter.ca is committed to providing excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we will sincerely process returns and refunds for you. Below is our return and refund policy, including relevant procedures and terms.
- 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Return Time: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the product. The returned product must be unused and in good condition.
Return Process:
Submit a return request and fill out the return form and send it to service@kukirinscooter.ca.
We will provide a return address and approve the return request.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and returned products must be sent back within 7 days with a tracking number.
- Return Terms and Procedures
Cancelling or changing an order before it is shipped: If you wish to cancel or change an order before the order is processed (usually within 2 hours), please contact us as soon as possible. The order may be modified or refunded before it is shipped, and we will process the refund after confirming with you.
Items eligible for return:
We accept returns if the item has not been signed for and the courier can intercept the package. If the item has been signed for or the package cannot be intercepted, it cannot be returned.
Return requirements: Please ensure that the returned product is unused and contains all original packaging, accessories and manuals.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount when the refund is made.
- Damaged or defective products
Damaged or defective products: If the item received is defective, damaged or does not match the order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will evaluate the problem and provide you with a solution. If it is a quality problem of the product itself or damaged during transportation, we will bear the return shipping cost.
Return process:
Please request a return by email (service@kukirinscooter.ca) and attach clear photos or videos of the damage or defect. Once the return request is approved, we will provide a return address. The returned item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

We will notify you by email if your refund has been approved after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
If your refund has not been received, please check your bank account or credit card statement first. Refunds may take some time to process. If the problem persists, please contact us.
Delayed or missing refunds:
If your refund has not been received in time, please confirm with your bank or credit card company whether the refund has been processed. If the problem persists, please contact us via the service email.

Used items: We do not accept returns of used items unless the item is seriously defective or faulty.
Items purchased from non-official websites: If you purchased the product from other platforms (such as Amazon, Aliexpress, Geekbuying, etc.), the return and refund policy will be in accordance with the return policy of that platform or seller.
